The University of Ottawa’s Centre for International Policy Studies and the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs invite members of the media to attend a speech by Colombian President and Nobel Peace Prize laureate Juan Manuel Santos. His Excellency Juan Manuel Santos will discuss Canada-Colombia relations, his 2016 Nobel Peace Prize and Colombia's place in the southern hemisphere and in the world, before answering questions from the audience.
