University of Ottawa Executive Compensation Program consultation

In accordance with the Executive Compensation Framework (see the Broader Public Sector Executive Compensation Guide) adopted by the Ontario government in fall 2016, the University of Ottawa is holding a 30-day public consultation on its Executive Compensation Program.

Designated Ontario employers in the broader public sector, including universities, are required by law to establish a compensation program for their senior executives that includes salary caps, as well as a selection of similar, comparable organizations.
