MEDIA ADVISORY – Debate: Is disruption good for business?

The University of Ottawa invites members of the media to join Calin Rovinescu, Chancellor of the University of Ottawa and CEO of Air Canada, as he hosts thought-leaders and opinion-makers for a spirited discussion on disruption in business.

WHO:

  • Mitch Garber– Entrepreneur, philanthropist and former Dragon, Mr. Garber is the CEO of Caesars Acquisition Company. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Cirque Du Soleil.
  • Sophia Leong – Strategic, operational planning and business development specialist, Ms. Leong is Director of the Executive MBA Program at the uOttawa Telfer School of Management.
  • Calin Rovinescu – Twice-named Canada’s Best CEO and Canada’s Outstanding CEO of the Year for 2016, Mr. Rovinescu is the President and CEO of Air Canada, and Chancellor of the University of Ottawa.
